Earlier this year, the 2013 New York International Auto Show showcased the early renditions of the 2015 Subaru WRX concepts. It will be still sharing the same platform from the current Impreza, however it will be a couple of inches lower and wider than the current model.
For the expected powertrain, a 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine will be turbocharged to bring around 300 horsepower and almost 300 pound-feet of torque. Subaru has teased about the general dynamics of the car, stating that they will be engineering it for a more street-styled use.
Pricing and availability will be revealed later on in the month.
